The role of commander means you must be respectful and understanding but you are not the top you still have a commander, i understand this and wish to become one, i am a person who can take a joke and joke around, but when i need to be serious or get people under my command serious i can do so. the role of being a leader is an important role but i also want to help the server grow, i want to have a great unit that can be the top of the line soldiers and be ready to go out when needed or when not needed.  Describe the roles and responsibilities of a Commander: (100 Words - Minimum): To lead those under your command to perform the best possible and to set a great role on those you train and help on the server. To help those who need help and to follow/ give orders to their best ability, they should be serious and be the example to their troops they should give motivation and support, they should always be ready to be given an order to complete, they should have their men be the best they can be, they should be respectful and honorable. (Describe in detail): commanders give orders to their battle field officers as they are a highly important role.  What Commander are you applying for?: 91st commander ( as neyo has not been on the server since  the server was launched, I would like to replace him with an active commander. )
